Time Frame:
Items must be received back to us no later than 30 days from the date you received your order according to the tracking. Be sure to plan 5-7 days for transit time . Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
Refund Type:
Store credit will be issued to the customer account. Items must be returned in original condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc. All tags must still be attached to the item. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping and the returned item takes you under the $75 free shipping threshold, the $5.99 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
The Exceptions:
Items in the "Clearance or Sale" section, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories, hats, bags, shoes, jewelry, and undergarments (bandeaus, bralettes, etc.) sales are final and cannot be returned.
Defective Items:
If you believe you received a defective item notify us by message within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
Incorrect Items:
If you received your order and there is an incorrect item, inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. The sooner we know the better.
Exchanges:
Due to the limited quantity of our merchandise we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange for will still be available when we receive your returned item back at the store. For that reason we cannot exchange an item for a different item. We strongly recommend that you place a new order, to make sure you get what you want. We will still issue you store credit when we receive your return back at the store.We do not ship on weekends. We ship through USPS. All orders are shipped with tracking which is e-mailed to the e-mail you provide at checkout. You can track your packages at www.usps.com

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the item you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
